Wausau Supply Co. distributes building materials from the industry’s leading manufacturers to authorized retailers from New England to the western Rocky Mountains. Our territory continues to expand as we continuously strive to meet the demands of our customers with eighteen distribution centers and five fabrication and finishing facilities.

Building Material Distributor that supplies 24-hour customer delivery; warehouse and driver personnel responsible for all aspects of fulfilling that business commitment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)

• Use of handheld computer to receive incoming and outgoing freight
• Picking product for Customer Orders and staging for loading
• Loading orders on semi-trucks
• Unloading stock onto racking
• Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating truck condition to ensure truck is safe
• Check Load and secure to D.O.T. Regulations. Make sure the load is safe and legal before moving
• Drive truck safely and legally to customer locations and return
• Open curtains, unstrap product, count, and check product for damage and shortages
• Assist receivers in unloading and loading the truck
• Maintains driver logs and inspection reports according to D.O.T. regulations
• Always maintain a professional image
• Must be able to be forklift certified to aid in loading, unloading, and general warehouse work
• Must be able to work flexible schedule

• Must possess a Class A CDL with air brake endorsement
• Must be able to pass a D.O.T. Physical
• Must pass a DOT Pre-employment drug test
• Must be able to be forklift certified
